Green Digital, LLC is seeking a solid support technician for our broad client base. This individual will be representing our company in the field and directly interfacing with decision makers and/or business owners. As such, a professional attitude, confidence under pressure, and a respectful demeanor are essential soft skills required.
Duties will include onsite, remote, and phone support. Skills needed beyond the obvious technical requirements are capability of troubleshooting and find solid resolutions independently when necessary, humility, a willingness to learn, excellent people skills and the ability to work cohesive as part of a close-knit team. Two years’ experience in a fast-paced environment, working with schools and small to medium sized businesses with at least a CompTIA A+ certification is preferred. Candidates must also have a valid driver's license, as some local travel in company provided transit will be required.
